“110”工法“一进两回”采面采空区自燃“三带”研究

    Study on “Three Zones” of Spontaneous Combustion in goaf by “110 construction method”under “One intake airway and two return airway” ventilation modes

    • 摘要: 针对某矿“110”工法“一进两回”采面通风系统采空区可能存在的自然发火问题,采用埋设束管监测和现场实测数据,结合软件数值模拟,对采空区氧气的运移规律进行了分析,划分出了“110 工法”“一进两回”采面通风系统采空区自然发火“三带”范围。结果表明该采空区氧化升温带呈现倒“靴子”形分布,需重点防范进风侧沿空留巷段自然发火的可能性。另外,确定了该工作面最小安全推进速度为1.48 m/d,可为该矿类似条件下综合防灭火措施的实施提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the possible coal spontaneous combustion problem in goaf by “110 construction method” under “One intake airway and two return airway” ventilation modes. Using buried bundle tube monitoring and on-site measured data, combining software numerical simulation, analyzing the transport law of oxygen in goaf, we got the range of the spontaneous combustion “three zones” in goaf. The results indicated that the oxidized temperate zone in the goaf presents an inverted Inverted boot type distribution, It is necessary to focus on preventing the possibility of spontaneous combustion in the goaf along reserved laneway. The study determines that the minimum safe propulsion speed of the working faces is 1.48 m/d. The research results can provide references for the measures’ eimplementing to the comprehensive fire-prevention under similar conditions.
