巷旁静态胀裂切顶卸压技术应用研究

    Research and Application of Static Expansion and Cracking Cutting Top Pressure Relief Technology on Roadside

    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿井下沿空留巷巷道因受相邻工作面回采动压影响造成巷道矿压显现剧烈、围岩变形量大等问题,在现有沿空留巷切顶卸压技术基础上提出静态胀裂切顶卸压技术,用于切断沿空留巷巷道顶板与相邻工作面上覆岩层顶板联系,通过理论分析、计算及实验测定等方法,确定静态胀裂切顶卸压关键技术参数并制定具体技术方案,通过井下现场应用,结果表明,留巷巷道高度最大减小1.05 m,宽度最大减小0.65 m,巷道围岩变形量最大显著减小,达到预期效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of severe mining pressure and large deformation of surrounding rock caused by the influence of adjacent working face dynamic pressure on the goaf retaining roadway in coal mines, a static expansion and cracking top cutting pressure relief technology is proposed on the basis of the existing goaf retaining roadway top cutting pressure relief technology. It is used to cut off the connection between the top plate of the goaf retaining roadway and the overlying rock layer top plate of the adjacent working face. Through theoretical analysis, calculation, and experimental measurement, the key technical parameters of static expansion and cracking top cutting pressure relief are determined and a specific technical plan is formulated. Through on-site application underground, the results show that the maximum height reduction of the retaining roadway is 1.05 m, the maximum width reduction is 0.65 m, and the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is significantly reduced, achieving the expected effect.
