基于模糊综合理论的煤矿机电安全评价

    Coal Mine Electromechanical Safety Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Synthesis Theory

    • 摘要: 为提高煤矿机电安全评价的可行性和参考性,本研究创新性地引入了3种方法,分别计算主观权重、客观权重以及综合权重。该方法显著提升了指标权重与煤矿机电安全实际状况的吻合度。在构建评价体系的过程中,本研究借鉴并优化了前人成果,从人员、机电、环境、管理4个方面深入剖析,通过严谨的分析与筛选,保留了影响最为显著的指标,最终构建出一个更为精简高效的煤矿机电安全评价体系。通过实际工程应用实践和分析,并据此提出了具有针对性的改进措施,切实有效地提高了生产效率,同时也为安全生产提供了强有力的保障。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the feasibility and reference of coal mine electromechanical safety evaluation, this study innovatively introduces three methods to calculate subjective weights, objective weights, and comprehensive weights, respectively.This method significantly improves the consistency between the indicator weights and the actual situation of coal mine electromechanical safety. In the process of constructing the evaluation system, this study draws on and optimises the results of the previous work, and conducts in-depth analysis from four aspects, namely, personnel, machinery, environment and management, and retains the indicators with the most significant impacts through rigorous analysis and screening, so as to finally construct a more streamlined and efficient evaluation system of coal mine electromechanical safety. Through the application practice of actual projects and analysis, targeted improvement measures are proposed accordingly. These measures have effectively and efficiently improved productivity, while also providing a strong guarantee of safety.
