大海则煤矿切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用

    • 摘要: 为提高煤炭资源回收率,促进矿井安全生产,增加矿井效益,决定在4−4103工作面实施切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,采用数值模拟确定了4−4 103工作面合理切顶高度、切顶角度分别为8°、10°,提出了巷道支护方案和爆破参数。现场实测结果得出巷道围岩变形较小,保障了大海则煤矿切顶卸压沿空留巷巷道围岩的稳定性,巷道支护方式效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, increase mine efficiency, and promote mine safety production, it is decided to implement the technology of cutting top unloading along the empty lane at the 4−4103 working face. The reasonable cutting height and cutting top angle of 4−4103 working face were determined by numerical simulation, and the roadway support scheme and blasting parameters were proposed. The on-site measurement results show that the surrounding rock of the roadway has less deformation, and the roadway support method has a significant effect, which ensures the stability of the surrounding rock along the empty roadway of the coal mine cutting top unloading in the sea.
