基于物联网RFID的煤矿综采工作面液压支架远程集控方法

    Remote centralized control method of hydraulic support for fully mechanized coal mine working face based on Internet of Things RFID

    • 摘要: 当前煤矿综采工作面液压支架远程集控回路多为独立式或者目标式,远程集控的效率较低,导致姿态控住偏差增加。为此提出基于物联网RFID的煤矿综采工作面液压支架远程集控方法的设计与验证分析。根据当前的测试需求,先进行液压支架姿态的设定,采用多阶的方式,提升远程集控的效率,完成多回路的控制。以此为基础,构建物联网RFID液压支架远程集控模型,采用自适应修正调整的方式实现远程集控处理。测试结果表明:针对选定的5个测试液压支架,进行3个小组的测定比对,最终得出的姿态控住偏差被较好地控制在1.3以下,说明此次结合物联网RFID技术设计的液压支架远程集控效果更佳。

       

      Abstract: At present, the remote centralized control loop of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face in coal mine is mostly independent or target type, and the efficiency of remote centralized control is low, which leads to the increase of attitude control deviation. Therefore, the design and verification analysis of remote centralized control method of hydraulic support for fully mechanized coal mine face based on Internet of Things RFID is proposed. According to the current test requirements, the attitude of the hydraulic support is set first, and the efficiency of remote centralized control is improved by using a multi-stage method to complete the multi-loop control. Based on this, the remote centralized control model of RFID hydraulic support for Internet of Things is constructed, and the remote centralized control processing is realized by means of adaptive correction and adjustment. The test results show that: for the selected 5 test hydraulic supports, the measurement comparison of the three groups, the final attitude control deviation is better controlled below 1.3, indicating that the remote centralized control effect of the hydraulic support designed by combining the Internet of Things RFID technology is better.
