特殊地质条件下急倾斜煤层大倾角开切眼快速掘进技术

    • 摘要: 以华煤集团赤城煤矿特殊地质条件下急倾斜煤层大倾角开切眼为背景,针对1502-2工作面开切眼倾角过大,采用下行施工导致运煤、运料、行人、顶底板安全及防倒防滑等都面临着诸多困难和问题,尤其是出煤和运料需要安装绞车、铺设轨道、甩车翻车、调换矿车,工序十分繁杂;矿车人工装煤劳动强度大,出煤运料支护不能连续平行作业,施工效率极为低下;另外极易发生在块煤、材料及工器具滚落,设备倾倒下滑伤人现象,安全风险极高。为实现安全高效施工,通过对施工过程中面临的问题分析及反复论证,创新性制定了大倾角开切眼由上向下先导硐后扩掘施工方案。采用“锚网索+单体液压支柱+木垛”全断面联合支护,采用优化后的煤矿用40T型刮板输送机出煤、煤矿用单轨吊小车配合慢速绞车进行辅助运输,采用金属网配合单体液压支柱对运煤、运料及行人三通道全断面封堵隔离,实现单进提高35%以上,缩短工期20 d 以上,有效缓解了采掘接续紧张局面;改善了作业环境,降低工人劳动强度,安全和经济效益十分显著。

       

      Abstract: Based on the special geological conditions of the steep inclined coal seam in the Chicheng Coal Mine of Huamei Group, the use of downward construction in the 1502-2 working face has led to many difficulties and problems in coal transportation, material transportation, pedestrian safety, top and bottom plate safety, and anti slip and anti slip. Especially, the installation of winches, laying of tracks, dumping and overturning of cars, and switching of mining cars are required for coal discharge and material transportation, which are extremely complicated processes; The manual loading of coal by mining trucks is labor-intensive, and the support for coal discharge and transportation cannot be continuously operated in parallel, resulting in extremely low construction efficiency; In addition, it is highly likely to occur when lump coal, materials, and tools fall off, and equipment falls and falls, causing injury to people, posing a high safety risk. In order to achieve safe and efficient construction, through careful analysis and repeated argumentation of the difficulties encountered during the construction process, an innovative construction plan has been developed for the expansion and brushing of the large angle open cut hole from top to bottom, using a "anchor mesh cable+single hydraulic prop+wooden pile" full section joint support. The optimized 40T scraper conveyor for coal mining is used for coal discharge, and the monorail crane trolley for coal mining is used with a slow winch for auxiliary transportation, The use of metal mesh combined with individual hydraulic props to block and isolate the entire section of the three channels for coal, material, and pedestrian transportation has achieved an increase of over 35% in single entry, shortened the construction period by over 20 days, and effectively alleviated the tense situation of mining and excavation continuity; Moreover, the working environment has been improved, the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced, and the safety and economic benefits are very significant.
