Abstract:
Due to the poor stability of the roadway in the working face of 15号 coal seam in Youzhong Coal Mine, the deformation of surrounding rock is aggravated. First of all, through the theoretical analysis to determine the tunnel optimized anchor (cable) support parameters, to achieve the purpose of improving the residual strength of the surrounding rock. Secondly, combined with the indoor pulling test of bolt, it can be seen that the average yield limit load of the bolt with a diameter of 20 mm is significantly increased compared with that of the bolt with a diameter of 18 mm, which indicates that the tensile performance of the bolt is stronger than that of the bolt with a diameter of 18 mm, and the bolt fracture accident is less likely to occur. Finally, through numerical simulation and field experiment, it is concluded that the deformation amount of the existing roadway support scheme is obviously smaller than that of the original roadway scheme, which can better ensure the gradual regional stability of the overall deformation of the roadway and meet the needs of safety production.
