Abstract: Coal mines have the characteristics of hard and high-risk industries. Hence, emergency safety training is extremely important. The conduction of effective emergency safety measures not only can prevent production safety accidents and but also can reduce the occurrence of risks. The "immersion", "sense of experience", "combination of virtual and real" and other characteristics of Metaverse technology provide a new path and form for coal mine emergency safety training. Based on the characteristics of metauniverse technology and the needs of coal mine emergency safety training, this paper explores the path of metauniverse enabling coal mine emergency safety training, thus helping to improve the effectiveness and scientificity of coal mine emergency safety management.
