Abstract:
In response to the difficulties in controlling the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in the 3107 isolated island working face of Dengmaotong Coal Industry, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, underground testing and other methods were adopted. The stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the small coal pillar double roadway and the goaf retaining roadway were revealed. The stress on the roadway side showed an asymmetric shape, and the high value area of deviatoric stress was concentrated in the roadway side. Therefore, the focus was on the support of the side and the stability of the support body; The various support parameters of the tunnel have been determined, and a combination of anchor mesh, cable, and anchor rod support has been adopted, with individual columns used for advanced support; Through the test of the 3107 working face underground, it was found that the deformation of the inlet airway remained stable at 378-569 mm, while the deformation of the auxiliary inlet and return airway remained stable at 152-298 mm. The deformation met the requirements of safety production and achieved good control effects.
