    Geomechanical test and analysis of 10 coal roadway in Zhaoguan coal mine

    • 摘要: 在采矿工程中,原岩应力分布状态以及岩体的物理力学性质是评估围岩稳定性、预测顶板活动规律以及分析巷道变形趋势的关键参数。赵官煤矿作为一个典型的采矿作业区,其地质条件的复杂性要求必须进行详尽的地质力学评估。通过这一评估,可以精准地获取矿井内不同区域的地质力学特性,包括岩石的强度、变形模量、泊松比等关键力学参数。这些参数的准确性对于优化采区和巷道的布置方案、提高采矿效率、降低生产成本以及科学防治顶板垮落和水害事故等具有重要意义。本文通过应力解除法、单轴压缩、三轴压缩、巴西劈裂等物理实验和钻孔窥视的方法对原岩应力、岩石物理力学参数以及松动圈分别进行了测试,得到相应的结果确保了矿井安全生产和可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: In mining engineering, the stress distribution of original rock and the physical and mechanical properties of rock mass are the key parameters to evaluate the stability of surrounding rock, predict the law of roof activity and analyze the deformation trend of roadway. Zhaoguan coal mine is a typical mining area. The complexity of its geological conditions requires a detailed geomechanical evaluation. Through this evaluation, the geomechanical properties of different areas in the mine can be accurately obtained, including the key mechanical parameters such as rock strength, deformation modulus, Poisson's ratio and so on. The accuracy of these parameters is of great significance for optimizing the layout of mining areas and roadways, improving mining efficiency, reducing production costs, and scientifically preventing roof collapse and water disasters. In this paper, the original rock stress, rock physical and mechanical parameters and loose circle were tested by physical experiments such as stress resolution method, uniaxial compression, triaxial compression, Brazilian splitting and borehole peeping method, and the corresponding results were obtained to ensure the safe production and sustainable development of the mine.
