基于透明地质规划截割的中厚煤层智能开采模式研究

    • 摘要: 随着煤炭产业的持续发展,智能化开采成为提升煤矿安全生产和效率的关键。本文针对中厚煤层智能开采模式进行了深入研究,提出了一种基于透明地质规划截割的智能开采模式。该模式利用隐式迭代三维建模技术、数字孪生系统和精准开采控制技术,结合大数据智能分析决策技术,实现了综采工作面设备的自主规划截割。研究结果表明,该模式能够有效提升煤矿开采的透明度,实现煤层三维模型的准确构建及其动态调整,显著提高了煤矿智能化开采的效率和安全性。此外,本文还介绍了黄陵一号煤矿的实践案例,展示了该智能开采模式在实际应用中取得的显著成效,包括提升生产效率、节约人工成本以及实现减员增效。本文的研究成果对于现有煤矿实现智能化开采具有重要的实践参考意义。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous development of the coal industry, intelligent mining has become key to enhancing the safety and efficiency of coal mine production. This paper conducts an in-depth study on the intelligent mining mode for medium-thick coal seams and proposes an intelligent mining mode based on transparent geological planning and cutting. The mode utilizes implicit iterative three-dimensional modeling technology, digital twin systems, and precise mining control technology, combined with big data intelligent analysis and decision-making technology, to achieve autonomous planning and cutting of the equipment in the comprehensive mining face. The research results indicate that this mode can effectively enhance the transparency of coal mining, accurately construct and dynamically adjust the three-dimensional model of the coal seam, and significantly improve the efficiency and safety of intelligent coal mining. In addition, this paper also introduces the practical case of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine, demonstrating the significant effects achieved by the intelligent mining mode in actual application, including improved production efficiency, reduced labor costs, and the realization of reduced staffing and increased efficiency. The research results of this paper are of great practical reference significance for existing coal mines to achieve intelligent mining.
