Abstract:
A new intelligent safety monitoring technology for advanced mine ventilation system is proposed to address the issues of low automation, high failure rate, large lag in regulating ventilation status, and high energy consumption in mine ventilation system monitoring. Real time monitoring and early warning of fan operation status and fault conditions have been achieved through an intelligent monitoring system; The variable frequency regulation of the fan operating status is achieved through a low-power operation control system. The results indicate that the new intelligent monitoring technology for mine ventilation system can achieve real-time monitoring of the fan operation process, reducing the fault rate during fan operation by 88.4% and reducing operating energy consumption by 19.6%.
