高瓦斯开采复合采空区瓦斯治理关键技术研究

    Research on key technologies for gas treatment in composite goaf area of high gas coal seam mining

    • 摘要: 新疆煤炭资源较为丰富,但伴随着开采强度的增大,多地区复合采空区不断增多,工作面也因采动覆岩经历二次缷压后导致瓦斯涌出量增大,并引发大量的伴生灾害,增加了工作回采难度。为解决高瓦斯巨厚开采复合采空区时瓦斯治理,结合硫磺沟煤矿9-15煤层煤自燃特征、瓦斯赋存特征,对9-15煤层复合采空区进行研究,通过工作面复合采空区瓦斯涌出量预测,和工作面辅运巷施工高位钻场,得到钻场中的各高位钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度、高位钻场与工作面推进的变化规律开展实时观测,最终得到9-1508工作面进入复合采空区后瓦斯抽采浓度动态变化规律,利用所得规律,有效解决复合采空区瓦斯治理问题。

       

      Abstract: Xinjiang is rich in coal resources, but with the increase of mining intensity, the number of composite goafs in many regions is increasing, and the amount of gas gushing from the working face also increases due to the secondary pressure of the mining overburden, which causes a large number of associated disasters, which increases the difficulty of the mining work. In order to solve the problem of gas treatment in high gas and thick mining compound goaf, combined with the spontaneous combustion characteristics and gas occurrence characteristics of 9-15 coal seam coal in Sulfur Gully Coal Mine, the 9-15 coal seam composite goaf was studied, and the real-time observation was carried out by using the change law of gas extraction concentration, high drilling site and working face advancement of each high borehole in the 12号 high drilling site along the track of the working face, and finally the dynamic change law of gas extraction concentration after the 9-1508 working face entered the composite goaf was obtained,effectively solve the problem of gas control in composite goaf.
