Abstract:
In order to effectively reduce the impact of mining dynamic pressure on the coal mining face of the coal mining roadway and reduce the amount of roadway disrepair and deformation, the supporting parameters of bolt and cable are optimized after theoretical calculation, and numerical simulation calculation and analysis are adopted. The distribution law of surrounding rock plastic region without support, the distribution law of surrounding rock plastic region after reinforcement support and the stress distribution in the vertical direction of roadway are simulated and demonstrated. Through the practical effect application test, combined with the data collected from the measuring station analysis, the roof displacement of the excavation roadway is 142mm, which is reduced by 72.4% compared with before optimization. Base plate approximation is 51mm, which is reduced by 84.3% compared with before optimization. The nearness of coal pillar is 106mm, which is 77.1% lower than before optimization. The displacement of stoping wall is 58mm, which is 98.7% lower than that before optimization, and the support reconstruction effect is better.
