Abstract:
In order to solve the surrounding rock deformation problem in
8309 return air roadway construction in Fowa No.8 coal mining area, the causes of peripheral rock deformation and damage in the large section roadway were studied through on-site investigation, accordingly, the support parameters of the original support scheme were optimally designed, i.e.: grouting anchor rods and high-strength anchor cables were used and high pre-tensioning force was exerted on the anchor cables, and the steel bands were arranged in a longitudinal and transversal manner. And the field test was carried out. The results show that the top and bottom plates of the roadway moved closer to 80mm, and the convergence of the two gangs was 32mm, which is much smaller than the permissible deformation, and there is no abnormal phenomenon of separation from the layer, so the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway with large cross section is effectively controlled.
