特厚煤层小煤柱沿空掘巷支护研究

    Research on Support for Small Coal Pillar Driving Along Gob in Extra Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 通过对5-1042巷围岩力学性质进行了测试,基于巷道破坏特征,确定了围岩受力不稳定区域,经计算初步得到锚杆锚索支护参数。基于采空区平衡模拟和巷道开挖模拟,确定了平衡以及巷道开挖后最大垂直应力和水平应力,随后确定了锚网索支护方式,采用十字布点法对小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩稳定性进行观测,巷道围岩变形量小,无离层现象发生,证明了支护方案的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties of surrounding rock in Lane 5-1042 are tested. Based on the failure characteristics of the tunnel, the unstable area of the surrounding rock under stress was determined, and the preliminary parameters of anchor rod and cable support were obtained through calculation. Based on the simulation of goaf balance and tunnel excavation, the maximum vertical and horizontal stresses after the balance and tunnel excavation were determined. Subsequently, the anchor mesh cable support method was determined, and the cross point method was used to observe the stability of the surrounding rock of the small coal pillar driving along the goaf. The deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel was small, and there was no occurrence of separation, proving the feasibility of the support plan.
