Abstract:
In response to the problem of significant deformation in some tunnels of Baizhuang Coal Mine, which leads to a reduction in the effective return air cross-section and an increase in ventilation resistance. The reliability of the current status of the mine ventilation system was studied using on-site measurement and simulation methods. It was found that the total ventilation resistance of the south and north air shaft systems in the mine meets the requirements of the coal mine ventilation technical conditions. The natural air pressure of the ventilation system is positive, and the resistance distribution and air volume distribution are reasonable. However, the current situation of the ventilation system still has the following defects: the mechanical loss of fan 1 in the north air shaft of the mine is large, with an efficiency of only 43.77%; There are many corner connected branches in the mine, and some branches have reverse airflow, which is not conducive to ventilation system management.
