Abstract: The Guandi coal preparation plant studied in this paper is a large mine-type coal preparation plant that mainly produces blast furnace blow-blown coal and thermal coal. According to the raw coal data and product structure requirements of the mine, the processes applicable to various product structures of the coal preparation plant are studied.Starting from the analysis of product structure, based on raw coal data, and aiming at economic operating efficiency, the sorting process of coal preparation plant is finally determined through raw coal data analysis, product structure calculation, and product economic benefit analysis.
