基于PLC的井下风门智能控制系统设计与研究

    Design and Research of Intelligent Control System for Underground Air Door Based on PLC

    • 摘要: 针对当前煤矿风门控制系统目标识别精度低、响应灵敏度差及开闭不畅等问题,对风门自动闭锁控制与监测技术进行研究,设计了一种基于PLC的井下风门智能闭锁控制系统。该系统融合多传感器信息,可实现对矿车与行人等通行目标的精准识别及对温度、烟雾、甲烷等环境参数的实时采集分析。实验结果表明,系统对不同通行目标识别准确率可达97.6%以上,环境参数测量误差均在±3.6%,双门互锁执行成功率达到100%,有效提升了风门控制的可靠性与智能化水平。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low target recognition accuracy, poor response sensitivity and poor opening and closing of the current coal mine air door control system, the automatic locking control and monitoring technology of the air door is studied, and an intelligent locking control system of the underground air door based on PLC is designed. The system integrates multi-sensor information, which can realize the accurate identification of tramcars, pedestrians and other traffic targets, and the real-time acquisition and analysis of environmental parameters such as temperature, smoke, methane and so on. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the system for different traffic targets can reach more than 97.6%, the measurement errors of environmental parameters are less than ± 3.6%, and the success rate of double door interlock implementation can reach 100%, effectively enhancing the reliability and intelligent level of air door control.
