覆岩离层注浆钻孔疏通及跑浆防治技术研究

    Research on the Dredging and prevention of Grout leakage in Overlying Rock Separation Grouting Boreholes

    • 摘要: 覆岩离层注浆技术施工过程中常面临钻孔堵塞、注浆效率低及跑浆等问题,为保障离层注浆工程的顺利实施,根据15205工作面ZK-7钻孔离层注浆前期的压水压力-时间 (p-t) 曲线,确定ZK-7钻孔的最佳注浆启动时机,并运用高压气-液联动通孔技术对ZK-7钻孔进行疏通。根据实际地质条件分析,DF8断层上段活化及向斜构造区裂隙扩展,形成了临时的浆液运移通道,造成工作面回采过程中出现跑浆, 并提出了一套针对工作面跑浆的综合防治方案,试验结果表明:跑浆现象经治理后,孔口压力值平均稳定在2 MPa 左右,满足正常注浆条件。

       

      Abstract: During the construction process of the overlying rock delamination grouting technology, problems such as borehole blockage, low grouting efficiency and grouting leakage are often encountered. To ensure the smooth implementation of the delamination grouting project, based on the water pressure pressure-time (p-t) curve of the ZK-7 borehole in the 15205 working face in the early stage of delamination grouting, the optimal grouting start-up time of the ZK-7 borehole is determined. And the ZK-7 borehole was cleared by using the high-pressure gas-hydraulic linkage through-hole technology. Based on the analysis of the actual geological conditions, the activation of the upper section of the DF8 fault and the fracture expansion in the syncline structural area have formed a temporary slurry migration channel, resulting in slurry leakage during the mining process of the working face. A comprehensive prevention and control plan for slurry leakage in the working face has been proposed. The test results show that: After the grout leakage phenomenon was treated, the average pressure value at the orifice was stable at about 2 MPa, meeting the normal grouting conditions.
