固庄煤业 15号煤九采区机轨巷围岩分析及支护设计

    Surrounding Rock Analysis and Support Design of the Machine-Rail Roadway in the No.9 Mining Area of the No.15 Coal Seam in Guzhuang Coal Industry

    • 摘要: 为提高采区巷道围岩支护针对性,以九采区机轨巷掘进为研究对象,通过力学参数测试等方法分析机轨巷围岩力学特征,并针对性给出围岩支护技术方案。实测发现机轨巷顶板岩层承载能力较强、结构较为稳定;提出锚网索方式支护围岩,并具体给出机轨巷围岩支护技术方案。现场应用后,顶板锚杆及锚索受力均保持稳定,且未发现锚杆、锚索失效情况,巷道顶板、底板、左帮及右帮变形量分别控制在76、58、46、44 mm以内,围岩控制效果较好。研究成果可为其他类似采区巷道围岩支护提供经验借鉴。

       

      Abstract: To improve the pertinence of surrounding rock support in mining area roadways, this study takes the excavation of the machine-rail roadway in the No.9 mining area as the research object. The mechanical characteristics of the surrounding rock of the machine-rail roadway were analyzed through methods such as mechanical parameter testing, and a targeted surrounding rock support scheme was proposed accordingly. Field measurements show that the roof strata of the machine-rail roadway have strong load-bearing capacity and a relatively stable structure. A bolt-mesh-cable support method is proposed for surrounding rock reinforcement, and a detailed technical scheme for supporting the machine-rail roadway is provided. After field application, the stresses on roof bolts and cables remained stable, and no bolt or cable failure was observed. The deformations of the roadway roof, floor, left rib, and right rib were controlled within 76 mm, 58 mm, 46 mm, and 44 mm, respectively, indicating good surrounding rock control performance. The research results can provide a reference for surrounding rock support in other similar mining area roadways.
