煤矿工作面矸石充填沿空留巷围岩协同控制研究

    Study on the Cooperative Control of Surrounding Rock in Roadway Retaining with Gangue Backfilling in Coal Mining Faces

    • 摘要: 煤矿工作面围岩压力剧烈作用导致沿空巷道围岩控制面临显著技术瓶颈。实施矸石充填技术于采空区域可有效抑制深部开采诱发覆岩结构的宏观断裂与运移,改善高应力环境下的围岩压力分布特征,为煤矿工作面沿空巷道稳定控制提供理论支撑。结合现场监测与力学分析,系统研究了矸石充填条件下覆岩动态响应规律,揭示了沿空巷道围岩承载机制及其失稳判据。针对华阳一矿15403综采工作面工程特征,构建了“全断面锚索支护体系+巷内三维支护阵列+煤体侧预应力锚索补强+巷旁矸石充填体”的复合支护架构,同步实施锚杆预紧力协同调控与护帮支柱联合支护技术,并在采空侧设置顶板锚固与柱式支撑双重防护系统。工程应用表明,该分区差异化协同控制方案可有效维持矸石充填体窄巷旁留巷结构的稳定状态。

       

      Abstract: Surrounding rock control of gob-side entry is facing significant technical bottlenecks due to the severe effect of confining pressure in coal mine working face. The implementation of gangue filling technology in goaf area can effectively inhibit the macroscopic fracture and migration of overburden structure induced by deep mining, improve the distribution characteristics of confining pressure under high stress environment, and provide theoretical support for the stability control of gob-side entry in coal mine working face. Combined with field monitoring and mechanical analysis, the dynamic response law of overburden rock under the condition of gangue filling is systematically studied, and the bearing mechanism and instability criterion of surrounding rock of gob-side entry are revealed. According to the engineering characteristics of 15403 fully mechanized mining face in Huayang No.1 Coal Mine, a composite support structure of ' full-section anchor cable support system + three-dimensional support array in roadway + pre-stressed anchor cable reinforcement on coal body side + gangue filling body beside roadway ' was constructed. The coordinated control of bolt pre-tightening force and the combined support technology of retaining wall pillar were implemented simultaneously, and the double protection system of roof anchorage and column support was set up on the goaf side. The engineering application shows that the zoning differential cooperative control scheme can effectively maintain the stable state of the narrow roadway retaining structure of the gangue filling body.
