高河煤矿孔内二次注浆提浓高效瓦斯抽采技术研究

    Research on high-efficiency gas extraction technology for secondary grouting and concentration in Gaohe coal mine

    • 摘要: 本研究针对山西高河能源有限公司钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度低、有效抽采周期短的问题,在E2310工作面进行瓦斯抽采钻孔抽采浓度效果排查,并针对一些浓度低的抽采钻孔进行漏气位置检测,通过对比分析不同位置的瓦斯抽采浓度,研究发现漏气钻孔主要漏气位置集中于孔口16~21 m范围内,为此,研发了新型液态封孔材料和瓦斯抽采管底二次注浆精准堵漏提浓技术装备,实现了对低浓钻孔漏气通道的精准封堵,恢复了低浓失效钻孔的瓦斯抽采能力,构建了适用于高河能源的抽采钻孔提浓度高效抽采技术体系。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low gas extraction concentration and short effective extraction period in the borehole of Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd., the effect of gas extraction borehole extraction concentration was investigated in the E2310 working face, and the gas leakage position was detected for some low-concentration extraction boreholes, and through the comparative analysis of gas extraction concentrations at different locations, it was found that the main gas leakage location of the gas leakage borehole was concentrated in the range of 16m to 21m at the orifice, and a new liquid sealing material and the technical equipment for precise plugging and concentration of gas pumping pipe bottom secondary grouting were developed. The precise sealing of the gas leakage channel of the low-concentration borehole was realized, the gas extraction capacity of the low-concentration failure borehole was restored, and an efficient extraction technology system for the concentration of the extraction borehole suitable for Gaohe Energy was formed.
