王坡煤矿坚硬顶板预裂爆破技术研究

    Research on Presplitting Blasting Technology for Hard Roof in Wangpo Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 王坡煤矿3308综放工作面顶板整体坚硬完整,煤层采出后,初次来压步距大,动载系数高,初采垮落步距达30~50 m,局部超过50 m,存在顶板悬露面积大及大面积冒落的安全隐患。为解决上述问题,在3308回风顺槽实施深孔预裂聚能爆破,对采场顶板进行预处理以促其及时垮落。通过钻孔窥视仪现场观测顶板岩层,结果显示岩层完整性良好。结合破断深度与爆破工程量对比分析,确定采用端部预裂爆破作为控制放顶方法,并据此完成现场施工设计。矿压监测数据分析表明,初次来压步距为27.8~37.2 m,平均34.3 m。与未处理顶板条件下基于梁理论和板结构理论推算结果相比,采用端部预裂爆破控制放顶后,采场大面积悬顶状况显著改善。

       

      Abstract: The roof of the 3308 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Wangpo Coal Mine is hard and massive as a whole. After coal seam extraction, the initial weighting interval is long and the dynamic loading factor is high, with the initial caving interval reaching 30 to 50 m and locally exceeding 50 m, posing safety risks due to large roof overhang area and the potential for large-area collapse. To address these issues, deep-hole presplitting shaped charge blasting was carried out in the 3308 return airway to pretreat the stope roof and promote its timely collapse. Field observation of the roof strata using a borehole camera shows that the strata are well intact. Based on a comparative analysis of the breaking depth and blasting engineering quantity, end presplitting blasting was determined as the roof control method, and the site construction design was completed accordingly. Analysis of monitored mine pressure data indicates that the initial weighting interval ranges from 27.8 m to 37.2 m, averaging 34.3 m. Compared with the calculated results based on beam theory and plate structure theory under untreated roof conditions, the large-area roof hanging in the stope has been significantly improved after the application of end presplitting blasting for roof control.
