Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the support system of coal mine roadway is prone to failure under complex geological conditions, this paper constructs a vulnerability assessment model of roadway support system based on hierarchical analysis method. The two-level index system includes geological factors and mining and engineering factors, covering 11 indicators, such as rock body integrity, roof enclosure strength, coal body strength, geological structure complexity, roadway depth, hydrogeological conditions, roadway cross-section size, coal pillar influence, roadway support strength, construction technology control level and service life. Hierarchical analysis was used to calculate the weights of each index, and consistency test was conducted to ensure that the weights were reasonably distributed, and the vulnerability metrics were calculated through the computational model for the support system of 15111 return-airway of the Shijiazhuang Coal Mine. The results show that the comprehensive vulnerability of the tunnel support system is 6.27, which is in the "medium vulnerability" level; the strength of the roof enclosure, the integrity of the rock body and the depth of the roadway are the main control factors, and the support strength and the level of control of the construction process are more prominent in the mining factors.
