煤矿辅助运输胶轮车输出功率检测方法与控制技术研究

    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿辅助运输胶轮车输出功率检测困难、检测误差较大、超调量较大等问题,对胶轮车输出功率检测方法和控制技术进行研究,在对胶轮车底盘输出功率数学模型分析的基础上,提出利用电磁感应原理对胶轮车输出功率进行精确检测的方法,采用PID与模糊控制技术融合搭建出模糊PID控制器实现对底盘输出功率精确控制,并采用MATLAB/simulink软件搭建模型进行仿真验证,结果表明:模糊PID控制器对底盘功率检测得到的输出值稳定且收敛,最大超调量仅为9.7%,超调量显著降低。经现场调试和应用验证了模糊PID控制对功率控制的优势和效果。研究结论可为后期开展煤矿辅助运输无人化提供理论参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as difficult detection of output power, large detection error and large overshoot of rubber wheel truck of auxiliary transportation in coal mine, Study the detection method and control technology of output power of rubber wheel, Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the output power of the rubber-wheel car chassis, The method of accurately detecting the output power by the principle of electromagnetic induction, The PID control technology and fuzzy control technology are integrated to build a fuzzy PID controller to realize the accurate control of the chassis output power, And MATLAB/simulink software was used to build the model for simulation verification, The results show that the output value of fuzzy PID controller is stable and converged, The maximum overshoot was only 9.7%, Overshoot volume is greatly reduced. The advantages and effects of fuzzy PID control on power control have been verified through on-site debugging and application. The research conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for the unmanned development of coal mine auxiliary transportation in the later period.
