基于静态轨道衡的火车智能装车系统技术设计

    Technical Design of Train Intelligent Loading System Based on Static Track Weighing

    • 摘要: 煤炭行业作为我国重要的传统能源行业,是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,其智能化建设直接关系我国国民经济和社会智能化的进程,其中,煤炭运输作为煤炭行业的重要组成部分,对于提高煤炭利用效率起着至关重要的作用。目前,煤炭运输方式主要包括铁路运输、公路运输、水路运输等。铁路运输是煤厂外运的重要方式,它具有运量大、运距远、速度快、不受气候条件限制等特点。铁路运输的主要流程包括装车阶段、运输阶段及卸车阶段。本文以某煤矿为例介绍了铁路运输中装车阶段火车装车系统的改造设计。通过本次改造设计,解决了火车装车系统用工较多、装车各系统相对独立、智能化程度较低、装车效率低等问题,提高了装车系统的智能化程度及装车精度,有利于实现煤矿高效生产和安全生产,对提升煤矿智能化水平具有重要意义,对于企业中火车装车的应用有一定的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: As an important traditional energy industry in China, the coal industry is an important part of our national economy, and its intelligent construction is directly related to the process of our national economy and social intelligence, among which, coal transportation, as an important part of the coal industry, plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of coal utilization. At present, coal transport mainly includes railway transport, road transport, water transport and so on. Railway transportation is an important mode of transportation outside the coal plant, which has the characteristics of large volume, long distance, fast speed and is not restricted by climatic conditions. The main process of railway transportation includes loading stage, transportation stage and unloading stage. Taking a coal mine as an example, this paper introduces the transformation design of the train loading system in the loading stage of railway transportation. Through this transformation design, the train loading system solves the problems of more workers, relatively independent loading systems, low intelligence, low loading efficiency, and improves the intelligent degree and loading accuracy of the loading system, which is conducive to the realization of high yield, high efficiency and safe production in coal mines, and is of great significance for improving the intelligent level of coal mines. It has certain reference significance for the application of train loading in enterprises.
