Abstract:
The thickness of each rock layer in the composite roof of the roadway varies, and the bonding strength is weak. Under the action of gravity, the deformation between the rock layers is not coordinated, which easily leads to the collapse of the roof rock layers and causes roof collapse accidents. The 3308 working face mining roadway is a typical composite roof mining roadway, with a large amount of roof subsidence and a high rate of anchor cable breakage. This article takes the 3308 working face mining roadway as the research background, and uses numerical simulation methods to analyze the rock failure mechanism and anchor bolt support mechanism of the composite roof mining roadway. The reasonable support method for the working face composite roof mining roadway is determined. Through on-site practice verification, the cumulative subsidence of the roadway roof reaches 133 mm, the cumulative separation value of the deep base point of the roof is 12 mm, and the cumulative separation value of the shallow base point is 22 mm. The surface displacement and roof separation of the roadway comply with the relevant regulations of coal mine safety regulations.
