留小煤柱沿空掘巷合理煤柱宽度数值模拟分析

    Numerical Simulation Analysis of Reasonable Coal Pillar Width for Gob-Side Entry Driving with a Retained Narrow Coal Pillar

    • 摘要: 为解决甘肃某矿西307工作面运输顺槽留小煤柱沿空掘巷的围岩稳定控制难题,通过理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法,系统研究了巷道围岩破坏特征、合理煤柱宽度及高效支护技术。结果表明:基于极限平衡理论与数值模拟,确定6 m为合理煤柱宽度,现场应用后巷道顶底板移近量、两帮移近量均控制在合理范围。研究成果为同类条件沿空掘巷工程提供了技术参考。

       

      Abstract: to Solve the Surrounding Rock Stability Control Dilemma of Gob-Side Entry Driving with Narrow Coal Pillar in the Transportation Gateway of West 307 Working Face in a Coal Mine in Gansu Province.A systematic study on the surrounding rock failure characteristics, reasonable coal pillar width, and efficient support technology of the roadway was carried out by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that based on the limit equilibrium theory and numerical simulation, 6 meters is determined as the reasonable coal pillar width. After on-site application, both the roof-to-floor convergence and the sidewall convergence of the roadway are controlled within a reasonable range. The research results provide technical reference for gob-side entry driving projects under similar conditions.
