Abstract:
to Solve the Surrounding Rock Stability Control Dilemma of Gob-Side Entry Driving with Narrow Coal Pillar in the Transportation Gateway of West 307 Working Face in a Coal Mine in Gansu Province.A systematic study on the surrounding rock failure characteristics, reasonable coal pillar width, and efficient support technology of the roadway was carried out by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that based on the limit equilibrium theory and numerical simulation, 6 meters is determined as the reasonable coal pillar width. After on-site application, both the roof-to-floor convergence and the sidewall convergence of the roadway are controlled within a reasonable range. The research results provide technical reference for gob-side entry driving projects under similar conditions.
