    Research and Prospect of Intelligent Perception Technology for Hydraulic Support Attitude in Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 综采工作面液压支架姿态智能感知技术是实现煤矿智能化、无人化开采的重要支撑技术。全面分析了当前综采工作面液压支架姿态感知的研究现状,重点探讨了多传感器融合技术与视觉测量技术的基本原理、应用现状及优势,有效提高了系统的实时性和抗干扰性;视觉测量技术则依托工业相机、结构光和立体视觉系统等设备,实现非接触式高精度姿态检测。此外针对煤矿井下环境复杂等问题,分析了相关技术优化方法,如图像增强、自适应滤波和深度学习算法等。并对液压支架姿态智能感知技术未来的发展进行了详细展望,以进一步推动煤矿产业的智能化发展。

       

      Abstract: The intelligent sensing technology of hydraulic support attitude in fully mechanized mining face is an important supporting technology to realize intelligent and unmanned mining in coal mine. The current research status of attitude perception of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face is comprehensively analyzed. The basic principles, application status and advantages of multi-sensor fusion technology and visual measurement technology are discussed, which effectively improves the real-time and anti-interference performance of the system. Vision measurement technology relies on industrial cameras, structured light and stereo vision systems to achieve non-contact high-precision attitude detection. In addition, in view of the complex environment of coal mine, the related technical optimization methods are analyzed, such as image enhancement, adaptive filtering and deep learning algorithm. The future development of intelligent perception technology of hydraulic support attitude is prospected in detail, so as to further promote the intelligent development of coal mine industry.
