深部巷道超前卸压综合治理技术及其效果

    • 摘要: 深部巷道围岩破坏问题日益严重,严重影响煤矿安全生产,为确保工作面安全回采,以新景煤业1305工作面及盘区大巷为研究对象,采用数值模拟和工业试验相结合的方法,探究不同切顶位置的前方支承压力分布规律,确定最佳切顶点为停采线前方30 m。提出爆破卸压+分区协同超前加固的综合治理技术,通过深孔爆破切顶降低采动应力,并结合分区支护优化围岩承载能力。工程应用结果表明:深孔爆破实施后,巷道顶板下沉量最大值为69 mm,两帮移近量最大为148 mm,底鼓约122 mm,围岩稳定性得到有效提升,为深部煤矿巷道维护提供了可行方案。

       

      Abstract: The Problem of surrounding rock failure in deeP roadway is becoming more and more serious, which seriously affects the safety Production of coal mine. In order to ensure the safety mining of working face, taking Xinjing Coal Industry 1305 (toP) working face and the main roadway of Panding area as the research object, the method of combining numerical simulation and industrial test is used to exPlore the distribution law of the front abutment Pressure at different cutting toP Positions, and the oPtimal cutting Point is determined to be 30 m in front of the stoPing line. The comPrehensive treatment technology of blasting Pressure relief + zone coordinated advance reinforcement is Put forward. The mining stress is reduced through deeP hole blasting and roof cutting, and the bearing caPacity of surrounding rock is oPtimized combined with zone suPPort. The engineering aPPlication results show that: after the imPlementation of deeP hole blasting, the maximum subsidence of tunnel roof is 69 mm, the maximum disPlacement of two sides is 148 mm, and the floor heave is about 122 mm. The stability of surrounding rock is effectively imProved, which Provides a feasible scheme for the maintenance of deeP coal mine roadway.
