矿山安全教育虚拟仿真平台设计与应用

    Design of Virtual Mine Simulation Platform for Safety Education

    • 摘要: 矿山安全是矿山企业的首要责任,矿山安全教育虚拟仿真平台结合 VR 技术实现了对矿山企业的虚拟再现,创建更具真实体验感的安全生产教育体系,可广泛应用于矿山安全生产培训中,能够进一步提升员工安全意识,提高培训效率,进一步提升企业安全生产能力。该虚拟矿山仿真系统采用B/S架构,前端仿真系统基于Unity3D引擎开发,系统运行延时低且高效稳定;后端系统采用SpringMVC框架设计实现,功能稳定且拓展性强,能够适用于绝大多数矿山企业的安全生产教育工作。矿山安全教育虚拟仿真平台设计与应用,探索了采用虚拟仿真+三维动画+信息化平台方式实现安全知识可视化表达、沉浸式培训教育的可能性,期望为现代智能矿山建设及安全生产培训提供更多探索和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Mine safety is the primary responsibility of mining enterprises. The virtual simulation platform for mine safety education, incorporating VR technology, enables a virtual representation of mining enterprises, and creates a more immersive experience. This platform can be widely applied in mine safety production training, further enhancing employees' safety awareness, improving training efficiency, and further enhancing the safety production capacity of mining enterprises. The virtual mine simulation system adopts a B/S architecture. The simulation system is developed based on the Unity3D engine achieving low running latency, efficiency, and stability. The backend system is designed and implemented using the SpringMVC framework, offering stable functionality and strong scalability which making it suitable for the safety production education efforts of most mining enterprises. The design and application of the virtual simulation platform for mine safety education explore the possibility of utilizing virtual simulation, 3D animation, and an information platform to achieve visual expression of safety knowledge and immersive training of the education. It is expected to provide further exploration and reference for modern intelligent mine construction and safety production training.
