济三煤矿井下煤矸智能干选巷硐群集约化设计及实践

    Intensive Design and Practice of Underground Coal Gangue Intelligent Dry Separation Roadway Group in Jining No. 3 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为实现济三煤矿井下智能干选系统的高效建设,结合矿井现有充填开采布局、主运煤流系统布置和采掘规划,确定在西区胶带巷机头处建设井下智能干选系统。提出了2种井下智能干选巷硐群布置方案,通过方案比选确定了采用抬高西区胶机头段,并对机头八号仓上口仓顶硐室挑顶改造成滚轴筛硐室,在八号仓东侧施工分选机硐室和15 m深ϕ6m矸石仓,矸石仓下布置运矸巷与六采区充填开采工作面沟通,该方案布局紧凑、建设投资少,系统运转可靠,实现了井下煤矸分选系统的集约化布置和“采选充”一体化绿色开采。针对西区胶带机头段抬高及超大断面滚轴筛硐室施工中的特殊技术难点,制定了相应的施工方案:采用底板注浆充填进行地基处理,运用超大断面锚注支护加强硐室稳定性,通过分层挑顶与超高硐室上下分层竖向松动爆破贯通相结合的方式,安全高效地完成硐室施工。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the efficient construction of underground intelligent dry separation system in Jisan Coal Mine, combined with the existing filling mining layout, main coal flow system layout and mining planning, it is determined to build underground intelligent dry separation system at the head of belt roadway in the west area. Two layout schemes of underground intelligent dry separation roadway group were put forward. Through the comparison and selection of the schemes, the head section of the rubber machine in the west area was raised, and the roof of the top chamber of the upper chamber of the No.8 warehouse of the head was transformed into a roller screen chamber. The separator chamber and 15 m deep ϕ6000 mm gangue warehouse were constructed on the east side of the No.8 warehouse. The gangue transportation roadway was arranged under the gangue warehouse to communicate with the filling mining face of the sixth mining area. The scheme is compact and reasonable, with less construction investment and reliable operation of the system. The intensive layout of the underground coal gangue separation system and the integrated green mining of "mining, dressing and filling" are realized. In view of the special construction of the lifting of the head section of the rubber machine in the west area and the super large section roller screen chamber involved in the construction process, the construction scheme of floor grouting filling, super large section bolting and grouting support, layered roof picking and vertical loose blasting in the upper and lower layers of the super high chamber is formulated.
