基于抽采量法的太平煤矿18号煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采半径研究

    Research on gas extraction radius of 18# coal seam in Taiping Coal Mine through along layer drilling based on extraction quantity method

    • 摘要: 以太平煤矿+700 m水平南一采区作为考察区域,结合新颁布的《煤矿井下煤层瓦斯抽采半径直接测定方法-抽采量法(GB/T 42638-2023)》标准,采用抽采量法对18号煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采半径开展了现场考察。结果表明,在钻孔直径94 mm及正常抽采工况条件下(抽采负压、抽采浓度),抽采半径R1=1 m、R2=1.5 m、R3=2 m对应的抽采时间分别为t1=30 d、t2=60 d、t3=80 d,相关关系为:R=0.9646Ln(t)−2.319。考察结果可有效指导18号煤层瓦斯抽采工作,保证矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Taking the Taiping Coal Mine +700 m level South No.1 mining area as the investigation area, combining with the newly issued standard 《direct measurement method for coal seam gas extraction radius in coal mines-extraction volume method (GB/T 42638-2023)》, a field investigation was conducted on the gas extraction radius of the No.18 coal seam through the parallel drilling using the extraction method. The results showed that under the drilling diameter of ϕ 94 mm and normal pumping conditions (pumping negative pressure, pumping concentration), the pumping times corresponding to extraction radius of R1=1 m, R2=1.5 m, and R3=2 m are t1=30 d, t2=60 d, and t3=80 d, the correlation is: R=0.964Ln(t)−2.319. The investigation results can effectively guide the gas extraction work of coal seam 18# and ensure the safety production of the mine.
