Abstract:
Technology commercialization plays a vital role in driving industrial advancement and achieving high-quality economic growth. However, suboptimal information flow between technology supply and demand, coupled with inadequate management precision, significantly impedes the effective translation of research outcomes into practical applications. To address these challenges, this paper presents the design and implementation of a microservices-based platform for sharing and transferring technological achievements. The platform employs a decentralized, loosely-coupled architecture organized into four distinct layers: Resource Layer, Service Layer, Gateway Layer, and Presentation Layer. By integrating technologies including Nginx, Redis, and Kafka, it enables seamless functionality for technology requirement submission, achievement display, and transaction matching. This integrated approach demonstrably enhances the coordination efficiency of scientific resources and accelerates the commercialization process, thereby providing robust technical support for enterprise-level management of innovation resources.
