矸石膏体充填材料力学性能及宏细观破坏研究

    Study on the mechanical properties and macro-meso damage of gangue gypsum filling materials

    • 摘要: 以贺兰山煤矸石为骨料组成的矸石膏体充填材料作为研究对象,对膏体材料力学性能和宏细观结构破坏进行研究。本文根据煤矸石细矸率(5 mm以下煤矸石细粒级含量)与膏体试件强度之间的规律关系,研究满足白芨沟充填开采工程需求的配比范围。利用PFC软件开展充填体细观破坏研究,分析细观参数对充填体宏观特性以及细观结构的影响,通过离散元PFC软件反演破坏过程,研究膏体充填体的承载性能与损伤机制。探讨膏体充填体细观层次的特性,有助于更好地认识充填体细观结构的变化规律,并建立充填体细观特性与力学特性之间的联系。对矸石膏体充填材料的制备过程及其工作性能的深入研究,可为煤基固体废弃物的合理应用以及未来煤炭资源开采技术的安全、绿色发展提供重要的理论依据和实践参考。

       

      Abstract: Taking the gangue gypsum filling material composed of Helanshan coal gangue as the research object, the mechanical properties and macro-meso structural damage of the paste material were studied. In this paper, according to the relationship between the fine gangue rate of coal gangue (the fine particle content of coal gangue below 5 mm) and the strength of paste specimen, the ratio range to meet the needs of Baijigou filling mining project is studied. The PFC software was used to study the mesoscopic failure of the filling body, and the influence of mesoscopic parameters on the macroscopic characteristics and mesoscopic structure of the filling body was analyzed. The failure process was inverted by the discrete element PFC software to study the bearing performance and damage mechanism of the paste filling body. Exploring the meso-level characteristics of paste filling body is helpful to better understand the variation law of meso-structure of filling body and establish the relationship between meso-level characteristics and mechanical properties of filling body. The in-depth study on the preparation process and working performance of gangue gypsum filling materials can provide important theoretical basis and practical reference for the rational application of coal-based solid waste and the safe and green development of coal resource mining technology in the future.
