深部高应力巷道支护技术研究及应用

    Research and application of deep high stress roadway support technology

    • 摘要: 针对兖矿能源集团股份有限公司东滩煤矿6307工作面回风巷巷道围岩变形严重、变形速度较快的问题,提出了高预应力强力锚杆索联合支护技术。为验证优化支护方案有效,将该技术应用于现场实践。现场变形量监测结果表明:巷道围岩的变形量在50 d后逐渐趋于稳定,90 d内围岩底鼓量为248 mm,两帮移近量为124 mm,顶板下沉量为64 mm。底鼓量、两帮移近量、顶板下沉量的平均增幅分别2.76、1.38、0.71 mm/d,巷道围岩变形量较小,围岩较稳定。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of serious deformation and fast deformation rate of the surrounding rock in the roadway of the return roadway of the 6307 working face of Dongtan Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy Group Co Ltd, the joint support technology of high pre-stressing strong anchor rods and cables was proposed. In order to verify that the optimised support scheme is effective, it is applied to the field practice. The results of field deformation monitoring show that: the deformation of the roadway peripheral rock tends to stabilise gradually after 50 d, the bottom drum of the peripheral rock is 248 mm, the two gangs move closer together is 124 mm, and the top plate sinks 64mm in 90d, the average increase in the amount of the bottom drum, the two gangs move closer together, and the top plate sinks 2.76 mm/d, 1.38 mm/d, and 0.71 mm/d respectively, the deformation of the peripheral rock in the roadway is relatively small, and the peripheral rock is relatively stable. The peripheral rock is more stable.
