挖金湾矿沿空巷道围岩变形特征及控制技术研究

    Study on deformation characteristics and control technology of surrounding rock of goaf roadway in Digjinwan Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决挖金湾矿沿空巷道面临的矿压显现剧烈、失稳变形严重的问题,综合采用矿压监测、数值模拟等研究方法,对沿空巷道围岩破坏特征、覆岩运移特征、顶板预裂卸压技术进行研究,并进行现场工业性验证,研究表明:顶板预裂最佳角度和高度为10°、16 m,上区段工作面顶板预裂填充后,沿空巷道掘巷阶段表面变形量减小50%左右,工作面回采阶段表面变形量减小70%以上,取得了良好的变形控制效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of severe ore pressure and serious instability deformation in gob-side roadway of Digjinwan Mine, research methods such as ore pressure monitoring and numerical simulation are comprehensively adopted to study the surrounding rock failure characteristics, overburden migration characteristics and roof pre-cracking pressure relief technology of gob-side roadway, and field industrial verification is carried out. The research shows that: The optimal Angle and height of the roof precracking are 10° and 16 m. After the roof precracking and filling in the upper section, the surface deformation of goaf roadway in the opening stage is reduced by about 50%, and the surface deformation of the working face in the mining stage is reduced by more than 70%, and a good deformation control effect is obtained.
