济三矿综采工作面高水充填沿空留巷技术研究与应用

    Research and application of gob-side entry retaining technology with high water filling in fully mechanized mining face of Jining No.3 coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对济三煤矿6304(南)-2综采矸石充填工作面煤柱留设大、资源浪费等问题,开展了高水充填沿空留巷技术研究。通过分析工作面地质条件及施工要求,确定了高水充填袋的关键参数:宽度2.0 m、长度2.7 m、高度3.9 m,并采用五排四列对拉锚栓进行加固。基于简支梁力学模型,计算得出充填体强度为7.5 MPa,考虑安全系数后设计强度为10 MPa。优化了充填墙施工工艺流程,设计了充填区域顶板支护和充填体加强支护方案。现场应用表明,该技术留巷效果较好,距离工作面180 m处顶底板和两帮最大移近量分别为146 mm和166 mm,确保了巷道的稳定性和工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of large coal pillar and waste of resources in 04 (south) -2 fully mechanized coal gangue filling face under 63 in Jisan Coal Mine, the technology of gob-side entry retaining with high water filling was studied. By analyzing the geological conditions and construction requirements of the working face, the key parameters of the high-water filling bag are determined: width 2.0 m, length 2.7 m and height 3.9 m, and five rows and four columns are used to reinforce the anchor bolts. Based on the mechanical model of simply supported beam, the strength of filling body is calculated to be 7.5 MPa, and the design strength is 10 MPa after considering the safety factor. The construction process of filling wall is optimized, and the roof support and reinforcement support scheme of filling area are designed. The field application shows that the effect of this technology is good, and the maximum moving distance of the roof and floor and the two sides at 180 m from the working face is 146 mm and 166 mm, respectively, which ensures the stability of the roadway and the safe mining of the working face.
