基于常温风干工艺的煤泥滤饼深度脱水试验研究

    Study on deep dewatering of coal slime filter cake based on ambient temperature air drying process

    • 摘要: 本研究针对煤泥滤饼含水率高、资源化利用难的问题,提出以常温风干工艺实现低成本深度脱水。以济宁二号煤矿煤泥为原料,系统考察了料层厚度、穿流风速、风温及相对湿度对脱水效率的影响。结果表明:料层越薄、风速越大、风温越高、湿度越低,脱水越快;在6 m/s风速、25 ℃、50 %湿度条件下,仅需22 min即可将煤泥含水率由28.5 %降至20 %以下,36 min降至15 %以下。与高温烘干相比,该工艺无爆炸风险、能耗低、粉尘少。本研究为选煤厂提供了一种经济、安全、易推广的煤泥深度脱水新路径。

       

      Abstract: This study addresses the challenge of high moisture content in coal slime filter cakes and the difficulties associated with their resource utilization by proposing a low-cost deep dewatering process utilizing ambient air drying. Using coal slime from the Jining No. 2 Coal mine as the raw material, the research systematically investigates the effects of material layer thickness, through-flow air velocity, air temperature, and relative humidity on dewatering efficiency. The results indicate that thinner material layers, higher air velocities, elevated air temperatures, and lower humidity levels contribute to increased dewatering rates. Under conditions of 6 m/s air velocity, 25 ℃, and 50% humidity, the moisture content of the coal slime can be reduced from 28.5% to below 20% in just 22 minutes, and to below 15% in 36 minutes. Compared to high-temperature drying methods, this process poses no explosion risk, consumes less energy, and generates less dust. This study presents a cost-effective, safe, and easily implementable approach for the deep dewatering of coal slime in coal preparation plants.
