济宁二号煤矿深部高应力软岩巷道围岩稳定性研究

    Study on the Stability of Surrounding Rock in Deep High-Stress Soft Rock Roadways at Jining No. 2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对深部高应力软岩巷道围岩变形大、难支护的问题,本文以济宁二号煤矿13303综采工作面轨道巷为工程背景,通过现场勘测和室内试验分析了围岩变形破坏原因。根据巷道协同支护原理,提出采用“锚杆+锚索+喷射混凝土+深浅孔注浆+倒拱”协同支护方案,现场监测结果表明:采用协同支护方案后巷道顶底板移进量最大值为24.1 mm,两帮收敛量最大值为17.4 mm,最大离层量为7.8 mm,均在允许范围内,且围岩未出现明显裂缝,浆液和裂隙岩体胶结效果较好,验证了协同支护方案的有效性。

       

      Abstract: In response to the challenges of large deformation and difficult support in deep high-stress soft rock roadways, this study takes the 133 Upper 03 Comprehensive Mining Face Track Roadway at Jining No. 2 Coal Mine as the engineering background. Through on-site surveys and laboratory tests, the causes of deformation and failure in the surrounding rock were analyzed. Based on the principle of collaborative support for roadways, a support scheme combining "bolts + cables + shotcrete + deep and shallow hole grouting + inverted arch" was proposed. The results of on-site monitoring indicated that, after implementing the collaborative support scheme, the maximum floor-to-roof convergence was 24.1 mm, the maximum sidewall convergence was 17.4 mm, and the maximum delamination was 7.8 mm, all within acceptable limits. Additionally, the surrounding rock showed no significant cracking, and the grouting effectively bonded the fractured rock mass, verifying the effectiveness of the collaborative support scheme.
