苏村煤矿10207工作面地表及井下漏风规律研究

    Research on Surface and Underground Air Leakage Patterns of 10207 Working Face in Sucun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 苏村煤矿10207工作面回采结束后处于动压影响期,采空区漏风可能引发遗煤自燃,威胁相邻10208工作面安全。该工作面四邻为10206采空区、10208回采面,地表有搬迁村庄及裂隙。研究采用SF6示踪气体瞬时释放法,在井下关联负压密闭墙及地表裂隙释放气体,于10208回风隅角、相关密闭墙等点位采集检测。结果显示,井下10207与10208联络巷密闭等位置SF6浓度较高,地表无漏风。主要漏风路线为:10煤北翼轨道巷外段经中段、里段,通过10207回风顺槽,或直接入10煤北翼回风巷,或经停采线入10208回风顺槽,或经运输顺槽入10208上隅角后汇入回风巷。研究明确了10208工作面采空区漏风规律,为针对性采取充填堵漏措施、控制漏风以保障矿井安全生产提供了科学依据。

       

      Abstract: After the completion of the backfilling of the 10207 working face in Sucun Coal Mine, it is in the period of dynamic pressure influence. Air leakage in the goaf may cause spontaneous combustion of residual coal, posing a threat to the safety of the adjacent 10208 working face. The working face is adjacent to the 10206 goaf and 10208 mining face, with relocated villages and cracks on the surface. The study used SF6 tracer gas instantaneous release method to release gas from negative pressure sealed walls and surface cracks underground, and collected and detected at points such as 10208 return air corner and related sealed walls. The results showed that the SF6 concentration was high in the sealed areas of the 10207 and 10208 contact tunnels underground, and there was no air leakage on the surface. The main air leakage routes are: the outer section of the 10 coal north wing track roadway passes through the middle and inner sections, enters the 10207 return air duct, or directly enters the 10 coal north wing return air duct, enters the 10208 return air duct through the stop mining line, or enters the upper corner of the 10208 return air duct through the transportation duct and merges into the return air duct. The study has clarified the law of air leakage in the goaf of the 10208 working face, providing a scientific basis for targeted measures such as filling and plugging, controlling air leakage to ensure safe production in mines.
