基于采煤工作面相对瓦斯涌出量的预警技术研究

    • 摘要: 瓦斯治理是煤矿开采过程中重中之重的工作,瓦斯治理不仅要及时、迅速,同时要有超前意识。本文通过研究采煤工作面相对瓦斯涌出量计算模型,提出了一种新的预警技术,通过相对瓦斯涌出量的趋势变化情况,结合瓦斯抽采量以及风排瓦斯量,能够对采煤工作面瓦斯治理情况超前预判,同时,利用大数据理念,采用最为合适的编程语言,将通过实际验证后的瓦斯计算模型固化为相关系统,为煤矿管理者和技术人员提供了一种新的瓦斯治理综合管理平台。

       

      Abstract: Gas control is the most important work in the process of coal mining. Gas control should not only be timely and rapid, but also have a sense of advance. This paper proposes a new early warning technology by studying the calculation model of the relative gas emission of the coal mining face. Through the trend change of the relative gas emission, combined with the amount of gas extraction and the amount of gas discharged by air, it can predict the gas control situation of the coal mining face in advance. At the same time, using the concept of Big data and the most appropriate programming language, the gas calculation model that has passed the actual verification is solidified into a related system, This provides a new comprehensive gas management platform for coal mine managers and technicians.
