特厚煤层上向分层与下向分层充填开采矿压显现研究

    Study on Strata Behavior in Upward and Downward Slicing Backfill Mining of Ultra-Thick Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 白芨沟煤矿面临资源枯竭问题,需回收河床保安煤柱。为控制地表沉降,采用分层膏体逐巷充填技术。本文基于FLAC3D数值模拟,研究了特厚煤层上向与下向分层充填开采的矿压显现规律。首先通过优化支巷间距,确定间隔两巷方案为最优方案。结果表明,上向分层充填能更有效控制顶板沉降与应力分布,其分层充填体形成的阶梯式支撑结构显著抑制覆岩变形,而下向分层因早期顶板卸压难以恢复,稳定性较差。

       

      Abstract: Baijigou Mine, facing resource depletion, must recover safety pillars beneath the riverbed. To control surface subsidence, layered paste backfill lane by lane was adopted. Using FLAC3D numerical simulation, this study analyzes strata behavior in upward and downward slicing backfill mining of an ultra-thick coal seam. Optimizing crosscut spacing identified the two-lane interval scheme as optimal. Results show upward slicing better controls roof subsidence and stress distribution, forming a step-like support structure that effectively restrains overburden deformation. Downward slicing exhibits poorer stability due to unrecovered early roof pressure relief.
