深部大断面巷道围岩变形破坏机理及支护技术研究

    Research on deformation and damage mechanism of surrounding rock in deep large section roadway and support technology

    • 摘要: 针对深部大断面巷道围岩变形大、支护失效难控制的问题,以东滩煤矿北翼东边界皮带巷为工程背景,通过现场调查分析了巷道变形破坏机理,提出了优化支护技术方案。现场工程试验结果表明,该支护方案下巷道顶板、底板和两帮围岩的最大变形量分别为72、63、114 mm,同时巷道围岩喷射混凝土表面未发生开裂或破坏,围岩变形得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in deep large section roadway and difficult control of support failure, taking the belt roadway at the east boundary of the north wing of Dongtan Coal Mine as the background of the project, we analyzed the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway through on-site investigation and put forward the optimized support technology scheme. Field engineering test results show that the maximum deformation of the top plate, bottom plate and two gangs of peripheral rock of the roadway under the support program is 72 mm, 63 mm and 114 mm respectively, and at the same time, no cracking or destruction of the sprayed concrete surface of the peripheral rock of the roadway has not occurred, and the peripheral rock deformation is effectively controlled.
