综采工作面胶结充填连采连充采煤工艺与应用

    Technology and application of consolidated filling and continuous mining in fully mechanized mining face

    • 摘要: 针对传统的垮落法开采会导致地表变形、地下水系统破坏等问题,采用连采连充的采煤工艺,介绍了该采煤工艺的工作原理,研究了填充材料不同配比时的影响,并提出与之配套的井下填充材料输送系统,在此基础上进行数值模拟研究,最后应用于东曲矿,结果表明,已经开采的工作面最大地表下沉量为30 mm,水平方向最大移动量12 mm,水平方向最大变形量0.7 mm/m,以上观测数据均在地表变形的I级范围,对地表的建筑物没有造成影响。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as surface deformation and groundwater system destruction caused by traditional caving mining, continuous mining and filling mining technology is adopted, the working principle of continuous mining and filling mining technology is introduced, the influence of different ratios of filling materials is studied, and a matching underground filling material conveying system is proposed. On this basis, numerical simulation research is carried out and finally applied to Dongqu Mine. The results show that the maximum surface subsidence of the mined working face is 30 mm, the maximum horizontal movement is 12 mm, and the maximum horizontal deformation is 0.7 mm/m. The above-observed data are all in the Class I range of surface deformation, which does not impact the surface buildings.
