高强度支护技术在煤矿采煤掘进工作中的应用

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿深部开采中巷道围岩高地应力、大变形等支护难题,本研究探讨了高强度支护技术在煤矿采煤掘进工作的应用。通过分析现有支护技术存在的问题,设计开发了一种新型协同高强度支护系统,采用预应力恒载锚杆和带压支护装置的复合支护结构,建立了支护单元动态协同机制。测试结果表明,该系统在静态加载下最大支护压力可达935.4 kN且保持稳定,动态加载0.5 Hz频率条件下动态放大系数控制在1.18以内,位移控制效果显著。

       

      Abstract: To address the support challenges of high ground stress and large deformation in deep mining roadways, this study investigates the application of high-strength support technology in coal mining and tunneling operations. Through analysis of existing support technology limitations, a novel collaborative high-strength support system was designed and developed, utilizing a composite support structure combining prestressed constant-load rock bolts and pressure-bearing support devices, establishing a dynamic coordination mechanism between support units. Test results demonstrate that the system maintains stability with a maximum support pressure of 935.4 kN under static loading, and controls the dynamic amplification factor within 1.18 under dynamic loading at 0.5 Hz frequency, achieving significant displacement control.
