复合顶板松软煤层巷道支护技术研究与实践

    Research and practice of roadway support technology for soft coal seam with composite roof

    • 摘要: 针对西山德顺10109综采工作面回采巷道围岩变形大、难支护的问题,通过钻孔窥视和监测分析了巷道围岩的变形破坏机理,同时采用桁架锚索支护原理分析了其优越性,据此提出“锚杆+单体锚索+桁架锚索+金属网”优化支护方案,数值模拟和现场工业性试验结果表明,巷道顶板下沉量、两帮收敛量和底臌量最大值分别为64、87、33 mm,顶板深基点和浅基点处的最大离层量分别为21 mm和6 mm,验证了该支护技术方案可有效控制复合顶板松软煤层巷道围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of large deformation and difficult support of the peripheral rock of Xishan Deshun 10109 general mining face, the deformation and damage of the peripheral rock of the roadway were analyzed through drilling and monitoring, and the principle of truss anchor support was also analyzed for its superiority, accordingly, the optimization of the support scheme of "anchor rods + monobloc anchors + truss anchors + metal mesh" was put forward. The numerical simulation and field industrial test results show that the maximum values of roof subsidence, convergence of two gangs and dropsy are 64, 87 mm and 33 mm respectively, and the maximum amount of layer separation at the deep base point and shallow base point of the roof are 20 mm and 5 mm respectively, which verifies that the support technology can effectively control the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock in the soft coal bed of the composite roof plate.
