谭坪矿2号煤层定向钻孔抽采瓦斯效果实践

    Gas extraction effect practice by directional drilling in No. 2 coal seam of Tanping Mine

    • 摘要: 以谭坪矿主采2号煤层为研究对象,分析了上覆岩层破裂条件,确定了瓦斯抽采钻孔分布位置,采用定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术,探讨了该技术对瓦斯抽采效果的实践效果。抽采结果表明,布置在裂隙带内部瓦斯抽采核心区域的定向钻孔可以高效抽采瓦斯,钻孔内瓦斯体积分数及纯抽采量均显著高于核心抽采区外的钻孔。

       

      Abstract: Taking the No.2 coal seam of Tanping Mine as the research object, the fracture conditions of overlying strata are analyzed, the distribution location of gas extraction borehole is determined, and the practical effect of this technology on gas extraction is discussed by using directional drilling technology. The results show that directional drilling in the core area of gas extraction inside the fracture zone can extract gas efficiently, and the volume fraction and pure extraction amount of gas inside the drilling hole are significantly higher than those outside the core pumping area.
